The Ethical Line is a communication tool between the employees, third parties and the Ethics Committee of the Company. Anyone can report any regulatory or legal non-compliance of which they have knowledge or reasonable suspicion or communicate irregular behaviors related to ethical aspects of work. Such communication can be made both identified and anonymously, and will always be treated confidentially.

To regulate the use of the Ethical Channel and the procedure of investigation and resolution of communications, Montesa Honda has approved and implemented the Internal Information Policy and the investigation management procedure and resolution of communications received through the reporting channel available here. The policy and procedure include all the reporter’s rights provided by law, among which we highlight the confidentiality, protection of the informant the protection of personal data and the right to not receive notifications
